Every addiction has a cause or a barrier to recovery. It’s not an incurable disease. We will find out where your addictive behaviour comes from and we’ll build a plan to end it. The 4Ts is my framework for dealing with addiction. Triage - an assessment to understand where you want to get to. Therapy - to uncover the cause or the barrier to recovery. Transformation - a programme of incremental life changes that make abstinence very sticky. Tracking - assessing the value of changes and adding and subtracting changes over time.
