I see being a therapist as an immense privilege. I have the opportunity to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life's challenges, deepen their self-understanding, and move towards a more fulfilling way of being.
Alongside my broad therapeutic practice, I have developed a particular interest in working with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, and questions around identity. I also have specialist experience supporting clients in their masculine and feminine energies, becoming a parent, and LGBTQ+ experiences.
I draw on a range of creative and experiential approaches where they feel appropriate. For example, we might explore your dreams if they hold meaning for you, use sand tray work to connect with different parts of yourself, engage in guided creative imagination ("waking dreams"), or draw on art, music, poetry, or spiritual texts.
