I'm a qualified, BACP-registered therapist who works with adults (18+) in-person in West London and online. Often, they're dealing with anxiety, depression or problematic relationships. In many cases, they're trying to manage feelings which are keeping them from moving forward in life or being as productive and fulfilled as they'd like to be.
Sometimes it's as simple as realising that something just doesn't feel quite right. Or a sense that their emotions, behaviours and mindset are not serving them as well as they could.
I'm trained across a broad range of therapeutic disciplines, so whatever you bring to our sessions, I can draw on a collection of skills and techniques - including EMDR - to help you find a way through it.
I also have specialised experience of working with people with addiction issues, as well as those working in the creative fields.
