My caseload is full so I am not able to take on new clients until September '26. I work with people from all walks and with many issues but all feel a need to change something in their lives. I can create a safe space to explore and understand the problems you bring, both individually or together with partners. I have helped many clients deal with the issues arising from depression, self doubt, anxiety and trauma, or changing notions of self worth, especially in the face of work stress.
I help people adapt to changes - or loss - at work, at home, with partners or in culture, I help to make changes, too: it might be something immediate like a phobia or more long-term, like anxiety, pervasive self-criticism or depression. With trauma and the issues that underlie addiction, I might use EMDR.
I work across South Manchester and North Cheshire, although based in Cheadle and Chorlton. I have also worked with certain specialist agencies such as Macmillan Cancer Support.
