I am a Psychotherapist, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Certified Transactional Analyst (TA) with a Masters in TA Psychotherapy. TA draws upon Humanistic, Relational and Cognitive Behavioural approaches, this permits me to tailor therapy to your individual requirements.
My personal style is to establish through exploration of your past and present circumstances, what lies at the heart of your problems in a non-judgmental and caring way, you're viewed holistically, mind, body and soul, with the purpose of helping you gain insight into your difficulties or distress, bringing changes in your thinking, behaviour and feelings
My core belief being that we are all capable of change and through the analysis of unhelpful patterns that might have developed through your lifetime; we can work together to discover new and alternative possibilities, which could sustain a hopefully more fulfilling present & future.
