Hello, and welcome to my page. I am a Transactional Analysis psychotherapist. I work in a relational framework, both short and long-term. Occasionally, we need extra support for this to happen, and this is where our work will start. It all sounds easy, yet having the courage to begin therapy might be one of the most challenging steps you will take. In my practice, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore the issues that make you feel anxious and distressed.
Starting a therapeutic journey involves a lot of secrecy and much trepidation. You will find yourself wondering what to talk about, what is the right thing to say, and fearing how much to say to be transparent.
I want to take this opportunity to tell you that there is no wrong or right, but it will be open communication between two people. There will be some challenging times, which we will look at them together. It is relational cooperation, of which you will be the main driver.
