Changing old patterns of behavior and core beliefs is often challenging and not immediately apparent. As the saying goes, "you can’t read the label from inside the jar," meaning it can be difficult to identify or solve your own problems when you are too close to them. I am here to help, support, and encourage you on your journey to self-healing and self-discovery, whether you are experiencing depression or anxiety, grieving a loss, wondering if a relationship will work out, or just do not feel like you are living the life you were meant to live.
You should not have to face your problems alone, no matter what they may be. I provide you with a warm, secure environment as well as a kind, unconditionally accepting presence. In a setting like this, you might start processing painful emotions and memories, get perspective on the here and now, and initiate the healing process.
In my work, I see each person as a vast universe, and my purpose is to help you uncover your hidden resources and untapped strengths, to empower you to deal with difficult emotions and to find solutions to improve your well-being.
