As a professionally qualified counsellor, my aim is to provide emotional support to deal with and overcome the issues that are causing you anxiety or distress. I am a professionally qualified therapist, offering Intergrative/Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, anger management, panic attacks, social anxiety, low self-esteem, bullying and sleep issues. Counselling sessions are weekly to meet the client's needs, in either her counselling room in Cullyhanna Co Armagh or WIN Business Park Newry. I will provide a safe and confidential setting to help you work through your problems.
I offer a private, confidential safe space to explore my clients issues. I work with a wide range of issues. During the first consultation, we will look at the issues in detail and the effects so we can create change.I will discuss the various counselling support i.e integrative/CBT and decide together which would best meet the client's needs.
I am here to listen and offer a non judgemental, genuine and helpful space. I use a combination of integrative and CBT techniques to help my clients understand the issues and teach them how they can control their emotions and moods by the way they think and process things. I am a BACP registered Counsellor & Psychotherapist practising Integrative therapy.
