Hi I'm Claire, an online counsellor who works with parents who are struggling more than they expected to. Whether you're navigating the postnatal period, parenting a teenager, supporting a neurodivergent child or a child with additional needs, or just feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of family life, I can offer a space just for you. A place to talk openly, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and start to feel like you again and begin to understand what's happening beneath the surface.
