Are you autistic, ADHD, AuDHD or have a Learning (Intellectual) Disability — and finding things particularly hard right now? I'm a Clinical Psychologist with over 26 years' experience, much of it within the NHS, specialising in autism, ADHD, AuDHD and Learning Disabilities — and I have neurodivergent lived experience of my own. I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy and Diagnostic Assessments to help you understand your experiences and feel more grounded and confident.
