I understand how difficult it can be to see your child struggling with anxiety, behaviour, trauma, loss, or overwhelming emotions. As a BAPT-registered Play Therapist, I provide a safe, compassionate space where children and young people can express themselves through play and creative therapy when words feel too hard. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and child-centred. I work closely with parents and carers to help strengthen understanding, connection, and emotional resilience within the family. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Not all healing needs talking.
I support children and young people experiencing anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, bereavement, family change, low self-esteem, and neurodiversity. Using play and creative therapy, I help children safely express feelings, process experiences, and build emotional resilience without pressure to talk.
Seeking support for your child can feel overwhelming, especially when you are unsure what they need or how to help. You are not expected to have all the answers. I offer a calm, compassionate space where children feel safe to express themselves in their own way, and where parents and carers feel supported too.
