My clients range from the age of 16 - 60+ and I welcome all challenges they experience that life has presented. From the transition from teenager to young adult and the overwhelming changes to navigate, to mature adult issues that can stem from childhood, present day, trauma or anxiety/depression etc. I love creating a strong therapeutic relationship with my client and seeing them grow into a more regulated, aware and confident person who feels equipped to face life's challenges with the tools and skills learnt in therapy. My clients tend to be those seeking empathy and compassion but aren't afraid to be challenged.
The very foundation of my work is based on trust, support and believing in you. But I also believe in a mind and body approach where we don't just work with thoughts but also work together to regulate the body and the sensations that your thoughts and emotions provoke so that we can unravel the whole picture.
