My hope is that you can leave our sessions feeling listened to and understood.
I often work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and low self-esteem, as well as problems in their work, family or romantic relationships. I have experience of working with neurodiversity, including ADHD and Autism and people newly diagnosed or self-diagnosed. I have experience working with young adults, particularly university students.
I am trauma-informed and a LGBTIQ+ affirmative counsellor. I don’t believe therapy should be depoliticised: social, cultural and political realities affect our mental health. I am committed to social justice and liberatory practices, which informs my practice.
