CBT is a practical, present-focused and collaborative approach aimed at understanding problems in terms of the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviour. We will develop a list of personalised, time-limited treatment goals, and strategies for change. This approach can be used to help anyone, irrespective of ability, culture, race or gender.
My focus is individual care. Your needs are carefully assessed and treatment recommendations made with these specifically in mind. Wherever possible, sessions arranged to suit your availability.
