HCPC accredited Counselling Psychologist offering support in-person and online.
Many of the people I work with appear outwardly capable, yet privately struggle with exhaustion, self-doubt and a sense of not being good enough. They are often very self-critical, hold themselves to high standards and feel a pressure to keep everything together, particularly within demanding roles and relationships.
Therapy doesn’t need to begin in crisis. Often it starts when something feels off, even though life might look okay from the outside.
My approach is grounded in relational psychology. Our therapeutic relationship is a space to think carefully about emotional patterns, internal pressures, and ways of relating both to others and to yourself. Alongside reflection and exploration, I also support clients with practical ways of understanding and working with difficulties between sessions.
Anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, and relational difficulties are areas in which I have extensive experience. I offer ADHD assessments for adults and support for individuals exploring/adjusting to an ADHD diagnosis. An initial consultation allows us to discuss what you would like to work on and to see whether working together feels like the right fit.
