About
Fully accredited Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist offering individual therapy in South West London. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relational concerns. My priority to is to build a containing and supportive therapeutic relationship which creates a space for honest discussion and exploration. Psychological difficulties take many forms and people often convey that something is 'not quite right.' These difficulties can take us by surprise and often emerge when 'everything should be okay.'
Together we will talk about your difficulties, how you make sense of them and explore ways to overcome or minimise the effects they have on your daily life. I have worked in a psychological capacity across corporate, NHS, non-profit and private settings. I now split my time between private practice and a charity which offers long-term counselling.
Deciding to begin therapy can be anxiety provoking. Please contact me if you would like to make an appointment or find out more about sessions together. Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is important. An initial call and consultation is a good opportunity for us to discuss what is bringing you to therapy and whether we would work well together.
