Hi, I'm Sian and I am an art psychotherapist. From lived experience, I know how important it is to be heard, accepted and understood. Sometimes emotions are overwhelming and are unable to be put into words. Through art therapy, I will help you create a safe space where you can begin to process experiences and emotions in a way that is tolerable for you. I will always work with you to find what is best for you. Art therapy can be calming, soothing and therapeutic, allowing you to communicate and express yourself when words may be too difficult.

If you enjoy being creative, then art therapy is for you. You don't need to be 'good' at art to do art therapy. I help children and young people with stress, anxiety, self-esteem and confidence issues, and experiences of childhood trauma, neglect and abuse.

I offer face to face therapy sessions in the comfort of the Sheffield Wellness Centre and in the therapy rooms of the ME Project in Doncaster. I also offer online sessions if that is preferred.

I charge £55 per session which also covers the cost of the room. Please pay fees up to 24 hours prior to session time. Cancellations need to be made 48 hours before sessions. Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration.
