I work as a person-centred counsellor where I will put you first. As we work together our sessions will be guided by you at a pace that suits and is comfortable for you. Counselling sessions can be open-ended or just short-term, we will work together to find the best direction to the beginning of your journey together.
I have had my own experience of counselling where I have been guided through my own journey to growth. I am aware how important it is to ensure the counsellor you choose is right for you. One who is warm, makes you feel safe and able to share those worries in your life. Making a difference to others is the difference I want to make.
