Hi and welcome, I am an experienced Therapist and coach. I work with adults & elders. Our initial session is to make sure that you are confident with me to continue (there is no obligation to do so) & also for me to understand a little about what brings you to therapy. I have had the privilege to work with many clients with complex issues. I believe the therapeutic relationship is very important. I also invite you to review the therapy regularly to ensure you are getting the most out of the sessions. When appropriate, I work creatively & with humour. Experiencing anxiety, panic, low self esteem, lack of confidence, stress can be very debilitating. They may escalate with what feels like little reason. I have created a strategic and bespoke anxiety coaching program that will aim for you to understand your anxiety within 8 sessions and be starting to reduce it by 12 sessions with strategies and tools.
People often come to therapy when they feel over their limit. I aim to see you as quickly as possible. I also counsel via Skype, Zoom or Facetime if you are not able to see me face to face. I work nationally and internationally in this way. Most anxieties are treatable. However my anxiety coaching doesn't currently apply to clients with OCD symptoms.
