I work together with my clients to help them better understand themselves and their inner world, working through anxiety, low mood, depression, phobias, relationship difficulties, and any other issues that may be affecting their day-to-day ability to cope, grow, and blossom.
Together, using both traditional talk therapy, as well as the expressive arts, we explore and find healthier and more adaptive behaviours, thoughts, and beliefs, leading to discovering strengths and possibilities, waiting to be tapped into.
