You are free to talk about any challenges and situations you are facing in a non-judgmental and empathetic environment. I will support you as you gain understanding on your circumstances and find your own answers towards personal growth, inner strength, and resilience.
I am an integrative counsellor, I work using different relationship by using theories from other disciplines, such as Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis and Person-Centred theories. I will journey with you as we explore what is going on in your life. I include creative styles in my work to enable you to explore and understand your situation.
I provide counselling to adults and young people on a range of issues including. Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Stress, Workplace issues, Attachment issues. Shame, Loss, Trauma, Anger, Relational Difficulties, Inner Child. I also offer walk and talk sessions over the weekend for clients who prefer this form of therapy.
