I provide support for those experiencing anxiety, people pleasing, low mood, grief, life transitions, messy family dynamics and the effects of trauma, particularly where these are linked to early relationships or experiences that have been carried across generations.
I support those who want to explore the family relationships that have shaped their sense of self, emotional wellbeing and relationships. This often includes people who feel like the outsider in their family, have taken on too much responsibility, or are navigating distance, low contact or estrangement and the mixed emotions that can come with it.
I offer a warm, culturally aware and inclusive space where your thoughts and feelings can land and be explored at your own pace. There’s no pressure to have the right words or to make sense of everything straight away. I value individual difference and recognise that each person’s path to wellbeing is unique.
My approach is relational, intuitive and down to earth, drawing on both professional training and lived experience. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you; it’s about helping you reconnect with and understand yourself more clearly, and find ways of living that feel more authentic, empowered, and aligned with your values.
