I began my own therapeutic journey over 20 years ago, my personal life experiences led me on to the path of becoming a therapist. I work with ages 16 through to adults. My ethos is to support you throughout your personal journey, providing a safe and confidential space. One client whom I worked with for 2 years shared with me on our final session that she felt I was... "The scaffolding that held her up while she fixed herself" My hope is that my clients will feel 'Held' within the therapeutic space.
I have helped clients with a range of issues including bereavement, anxiety, life choices, relationships, abuse and finding their own voice.
