Enhancing your relationship- group
As a Behavioural Couples Therapist (BCT), I offer this group for couples who would like to invest in enhancing their marriage. We cover areas like Communication, Problem-solving, Joint-decision making and an optional add-on package called Sensate Focus which focuses on having a quality sex life. A typical group will comprise around 3 couples and will meet fortnightly for a period of 6 months (12 sessions).
