I am an experienced psychotherapist (MNCPS Acc) with experiences in schools and private practice. I have an MA in Integrative Child Psychotherpy. I have worked with children from the age of 4, their parents when working with infants, young people, and adults. I am Integrative in my approach and use expressive arts.
I offer online sessions for adults and children who are old enough to be able to have sessions online. I provide a 15 minute free consultation for us both to see if we can work together. I work with parents as I believe they are crucial in being the agent of change. With adults, I support them in thinking about and understand their experiences.
