I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), with 16 years’ NHS experience and 7 years in private practice. I work with young people and adults presenting with trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low mood, burnout, workplace stress, life transitions, grief, or a sense of being stuck. I have clinical expertise in complex trauma, with experience across refugee services, looked-after children and social care, oncology and haematology, and adult intensive care. I'm an accredited EMDR therapist and have published on EMDR clinical practice, refugee care, race, and migration.
I'm trained in Systemic and Narrative Therapy, CFT, ACT, Analytical Psychology and somatic approaches that attend to distress held in the body and to embodied healing.
I'm an accredited psychedelic-assisted therapist with clinical‑trial experience; within an ethical framework,I offer preparation and integration support for those exploring these experiences.
I offer collaborative, respectful, confidential therapy that considers social, cultural, political, family, and transgenerational contexts. We will explore difficulties while reconnecting with strengths, values, and hopes to build a more meaningful, values‑aligned life.
