I currently offer individual therapy sessions to adults (18 and over). I am experienced in working with a range of different issues from anxiety and depression through to bereavement, trauma and abuse. I work with clients from a range of different social, cultural and economic backgrounds and have experience of working with neurodiverse clients.

I work in an integrative way. I use a range of different therapeutic styles meaning that each session is as unique as my client's circumstances. By working through past and present traumas together the aim is to help clients explore the parts of themselves that are causing distress and find a way to reduce the negative impact they're having on everyday life.

We all go through difficult periods in life and sometimes we just need another person to help us find our way through. I offer confidential and non-judgemental counselling both in person and online. I currently offer individual therapy sessions to adults (18 and over).
