I work with a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues, bereavement and trauma. Therapy can reveal new perspectives on your experiences and relationships, helping you to uncover previously unknown valuable aspects of yourself. Through exploring with you what is happening in the context of your unique life story, I aim to help you develop a greater sense of well-being and more fulfilling relationships. I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I have practised as an Adult Psychotherapist since 2013, working within the clinic at WPF Therapy, the NHS and private practice and have a breadth of clinical experience. I am currently undertaking an advanced qualification in couple psychotherapy. Please contact me for details of low-fee couple therapy.

An initial meeting will give us the opportunity to decide whether I am the right person for you at this time and will enable me to assess how to best meet your needs. Bank transfer

Fees depend on location and I am sometimes able to take into account circumstances. I currently have a few spaces for low-fee couple therapy (£20-£50) through the British Psychotherapy Foundation Clinic.
