Hello, my name is Shelley, and I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. There are times in life when you may experience feeling overwhelmed, lost and alone due to life difficulties and personal life events. I understand it can often feel daunting to face this journey alone. My main foundation when working as a counsellor is from a humanistic perspective by working relationally, which enables me to connect uniquely with each individual within the therapeutic relationship. However, I also draw upon different theoretical concepts relating to our past and present, which help facilitate a deeper understanding of ourselves.
