Drawing on my extensive experience and trauma informed practice across mental health, education, social care, and criminal justice settings, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and identify meaningful ways forward. Through a compassionate, person-centred and integrative approach (BACP student), I support clients to gain insight, strengthen coping strategies, improve emotional wellbeing, and create lasting positive change in their lives.
I support Adults with emotional wellbeing and children and young people with SEMH and neurodiverse needs, including Autism and ADHD. By identifying underlying barriers, implementing tailored strategies, and promoting emotional regulation, I help reduce exclusions, improve engagement, and enable children to remain in school and achieve positive outcomes.
