I have experience working with clients to support emotional regulation, grief, anxiety, neurodiversity, abuse etc. I have supported clients mental health as a school Counsellor, bridging the gap for NHS services via a CIC, within various establishments in the charity sector, and in the confines of my private practice.

I will not offer up solutions, but will be empathetic and support you to find your own pathway through any difficulties you my be experiencing.
