I am a qualified and registered BACP Counsellor. I specialise in Psychodynamic counselling with adults. With our busy lifestyles, I offer much flexibility, as sessions are geared according to your needs, either in person, online or over the telephone. In addition to running a private practice, I have over 25 years of experience, working with various client groups, within the Mental Health and Social Care sectors.
Past experiences can impact the present in ways we are unaware of, this can include early influences, attachment styles, and ways of relating to others. My approach looks at exploring these areas, we will talk and navigate to overcome, any challenges that you may have. Our sessions will empower you to make meaningful choices, to facilitate personal growth.
