I have been practicing Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy for 25 years and have had the privilege of watching people shift and grow in their lives, at many different stages of their lives. Perhaps I might have the privilege of seeing you grow?
In Transactional Analysis we have some really helpful ways of understanding what is happening, and in a way we can either decide to change something, or helps us see and feel things from a different perspective.
