About
I am a fully qualified, HCPC registered, Clinical Psychologist. I have over a decade of experience working across the lifespan with children, young people and adults in a diverse range of settings, including helping clients with the most complex difficulties in a specialist inpatient service. I have helped my clients overcome a range of anxiety and depressive difficulties. I also have specialist experience of working with neurodivergent individuals (diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Condition or an Intellectual Disability), complex trauma/attachment issues and people with physical health issues experiencing psychological distress.
I draw on a number of approaches and models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Family therapy (BFT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and approaches informed by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I offer consultancy, training, advice and supervision in my area of expertise and interests.
I hold the individual at the heart of my clinical practice. I can help you better understand your strengths and difficulties and help you overcome the challenges that are holding you back. I offer psychological therapy to children aged 5 and over, adolescents and adults. Currently offering appointments face to face, and online via platforms such as Zoom.
