Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—especially if you’ve never done it before and aren’t sure what you need. At the Sheffield Wellness Centre, we have more than 50 therapists registered with us, 20 of them are counsellors. As the practice manager, my job is to help you find the right person for you. Someone who not only understands what you're going through, but has the tools to help you move forward. I offer a free, no-obligation discovery call where we can talk through your situation, what’s been difficult lately, and what kind of support might be the best fit. You don’t need to know any therapy jargon—I’ll explain everything.

The Sheffield Wellness Centre is the biggest independent & private healthcare provider in the city. We specialise in counselling and have around 20 counsellors registered with us. We have specialists in anxiety, stress, depression, phobias, bereavement and couples counselling to name just a few.

The Sheffield Wellness Centre is a calm and peaceful venue that has been designed to help you get the most from your sessions. You are welcome to come and have a look at the rooms before you even talk to a therapist to see if the place will suit you. We never do any hard sells and won't push you into doing anything you don't want.
