My work is guided by Humanistic principles, and I draw from psychodynamic and transpersonal approaches. Sessions might involve deepening attention to feelings held in the body, exploring family relationship dynamics or bringing awareness to deeply ingrained beliefs that you are barely aware of - as well as learning to contact that part that is always well.
