I have a particular interest and knowledge of working with adults and their recovery from addictions and obsessive behaviour, eg. co-dependency, love addiction, sex addiction, work addiction, drugs and alcohol. I have also worked extensively with body image, anxiety and anger.
Therapy with me can help you to explore your behaviour, feelings and attitudes and gives you the opportunity to make changes that can feel authentic, healthy and lasting. I came to this work through my own experience of therapy and have learnt that the best thing we can do is take responsibility for our own pain and self-care.
