Hey, i am a qualified counsellor. I use a humanistic integrative approach to counselling, which means I draw from various theories using different tools and techniques to create a method of counselling that suits your needs. I believe we are all unique, and what works for one person won't necessarily work for the other. I believe this approach gives us an opportunity to respect you as an individual.
I offer a safe space where you are welcome to explore your thoughts and feelings. The space is led by you in a warm, non judgemental environment. A place where you are welcomed and valued. I have been in my own dark place where I felt no one understood where I was. I have had my own experience of being the client and can now offer lots back.
I offer online and telephone counselling and have space in the levenmouth area for face to face clients, whichever is best for yourself.
