I work with a wide variety of individuals in order for them to reach their therapeutic goals. I have a clinical interest in motivation and this type of work features in the work I provide. Anxiety tends to be the most common issue I work with, but I assist in a variety of psychological, emotional and behavioural issues as well.
I work from an outcome oriented perspective. Whilst the past is important I look at the here and now with clients and assist them to move forward. I have a plethora of approaches I employ in this manner including Solution Focused Therapy, Hypno-Psychotherapy, Integrative Psychotherapy and Psychotherapeutic Counselling
I began my practice in 1989 as a hypnotherapist, so I have been a practising therapist for over 30 years. I work from a client centred perspective and provide a non judgmental place for you to work through your issues. In 2018, I was awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the UK Council for Psychotherapy
