I offer therapy and supervision that starts with what you bring; making no assumptions, listening with empathy and working with you towards growth and change. The client-therapist relationship is vital, as we need to trust each other in order to work together effectively (getting the right therapist for you is more important than gaining a client for me). I offer weekly, fortnightly, monthly and ad hoc sessions. Please EMAIL/TEXT as I cannot answer the phone when with clients and I don’t want to miss your call. I specialise in ANXIETY, LOW MOOD, RELATIONSHIPS, ANGER MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATION ISSUES, STRESS, LOSS OF DIRECTION and BEREAVEMENT, and I work in other wider therapy areas, as most clients each have their own personal mixture of issues.
I work with clients of all ages, 1:1, couples, Face to Face and Online, over a range of issues. Additional specialised experience includes: CRUSE bereavement counsellor, CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services), and SCHOOL COUNSELLOR.
