The thought of seeing a stranger to discuss personal issues is scary, but as I'm an empathetic, calm, caring person I try to ensure that you feel as relaxed as you possibly can. As well as having many 'tools' within my 'toolbox' to help people move forward in life, I also have a very good listening ear. I ensure to give people a safe environment where they can get any issues off their chest, knowing that what is said is confidential. A little about me, I have worked within mental health and other social care settings for many years, which means I have a good knowledge on many conditions. I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation
As I am an Psychotherapeutic counsellor this allows me to use different tools from a variety of different modalities (such as CBT) be able to help an individual to be able to move on within their lives. Along side of this I am also a hypnotherapist which can help with a large range of different conditions/addictions. I am also a qualified DBT therapist
I have a lot of life learnt events personally so I fully understand how hard it is too open up about any issues that might arise. I ensure to give a good listening ear to those that need and along with this plenty of time, space and patience to enable this to happen.
