I understand how unsettling change can be. Surviving a major stroke over 20 years ago meant rebuilding my life and identity, and that experience guides my work today.

What I Bring to Our Work. My background blends clinical training with hands-on experience mentoring/training people in a creative, working with the public industry. Living with brain injury has deepened my understanding of diversity and resilience too. I offer warm, practical support to help you manage anxiety, stress, life transitions and chronic illness.
Therapy isn’t about having all the answers - it’s about exploring together. I meet you where you are, without trying to fix you, you are not broken.
