Hi, I'm Sharon, a stroke survivor. I help people who are worried about the future. Maybe you're recovering from an illness or injury & feeling scared about what comes next. Perhaps you're a young person feeling overwhelmed by big decisions, unsure of what direction to take. It’s natural to feel anxious, confused, or even lost in the dark, wondering if things will ever feel normal again. You don’t have to figure it out alone - I can help. In my previous career, I ran a business working with the public & mentored young people. Now, through lived experience, I also support survivors of life-changing illness & injury, their families too

I’m not your typical therapist—I’ve been through life’s messiness myself. My brain injury turned everything upside down, but I rebuilt, raised a family, and learned how to keep going. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and I’m all about practical steps, small wins, and finding hope even when things feel impossible. If I can do it, so can you.
