Hi, thanks for stopping by for a visit to my page. You might have stopped by because you are struggling with life’s challenges past or present and feel stuck in the same old place? Are these difficulties dictating how you live and feel? If the answer is yes, I can help you facilitate the changes you want for your life, by offering you a safe confidential space to explore who you are? Your wants, fears, anxieties, stresses? Meeting you where you are, and at your pace, without judgement. My approach is a tailor made holistic, whole self-approach, looking at the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of ourselves.
I offer face to face and webcam/ telephone counselling which provides that flexibility for today’s busy lifestyle. Qualified in Transactional Analysis I use a blended approach of theories and techniques to provide practical coping solutions for problematic issues you might be struggling with.
Finding the right counsellor can feel a daunting and confusing process, sometimes adding to feelings of anxiety and stress in your searching, and I empathise with you in taking these first steps in making contact as it can be hard to do.
