Hello I'm Sharon. If you are thinking about the changes you would like we could find a way through together. I offer in person, video or telephone sessions. In person sessions take place at Natures Way, Preston, a relaxing and welcoming space. I specialise in working with stress, anxiety, depression, identity and relationships. I work with people with complex issues such as trauma and grief. I can help you gain understanding, explore behaviours and thoughts. I also focus working on your sense of self, resilience and self-esteem. From experience I know I can provide a comfortable space, where you feel at ease quickly.
I provide a flexible structure so you can focus on you, maybe on your thinking, emotions or ways of doing things. I stay with you, as you think, share, find the words. Together exploring your experiences or issues, gaining awareness, and leading to positive changes. I work in a person-centred, experiential and relational way.
