Hi, I'm Sharon, an art psychotherapist. Through my own experience, I know how important it is to feel truly heard, accepted, and understood. At times, life can feel overwhelming, and certain experiences may be stressful or traumatic, leaving us feeling stuck and unsure of how to cope. Whether you're facing challenges from the past or present, you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express your thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels right for you. Art therapy offers a calming, soothing, and therapeutic way to express yourself, especially when words feel too difficult to find.
I am a person-centered Art Psychotherapist that focuses on your unique experiences, emotions, and needs, providing a safe and supportive space for self-expression and healing through creativity. It empowers you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, with the guidance of a compassionate and non-judgmental therapist.
I understand that reaching out for help can be daunting, but I am here to make that step as easy as possible. My sessions are tailored to your unique needs, and I use a variety of art therapy techniques to help you express yourself in ways that words alone cannot. Whatever you're struggling with I am here to help and support you.
