It's so hard feeling powerless. Negative thoughts I have processed in understanding myself within my own story. Not good enough, No one understands me. What's the point? I am alone. I am not clever enough. I can't do anything right. I believe now, I am good enough, I can learn anything as I understand and love myself. You can heal and become empowered too.
