Unhelpful thoughts and uncomfortable feelings are part of being human. Sometimes however, we can get stuck in a painful vicious cycle by reacting in unhelpful ways. This doesn’t mean we’re broken. If you’d like to learn new ways of responding to these thoughts and feelings then maybe I can help. I have a lot of experience assessing and treating a wide range of problems using CBT. I use a range of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and mindfulness tools to enhance and compliment traditional CBT. I find this approach extremely effective in helping people to recognise and break unhelpful patterns, overcome problems and prevent relapse.

My aim is to get to know you and your personal values so we can understand any issues and make sense of what is maintaining them.
