As an integrative counsellor and coach, I can use different approaches e.g psychodynamic, NLP, CBT, or Emotional Focus Therapy, to help you resolve your problems in a non-judgemental and confidential space. I will support you to express your worries and problems; as well as assist you when you are working through the barriers and difficulties that you are experiencing. I offer relationship therapy.
I am highly skilled at working through many different types of problems, so whether it's past issues which are troubling you or feelings and thoughts in the present that are holding you back, I'm able to bespoke and adjust my therapy according to your needs. As a relationship counsellor I can help you rejuvenate connections that are important to you.
