Hi, I'm Shannon an Integrative Therapist with a Master's Degree, meaning that I am extensively trained in different counselling styles to create the best approach that suits you as an individual, as one size doesn't fit all. Throughout my practice, I began specialising in Children, Young People and Families, however now successfully work with Adults and Couples with various life difficulties too.
My aim is to provide affordable support within a safe environment, where you are able to talk freely, allowing for a deeper understanding of yourself and some of the difficulties you, your family or partner may be facing and a productive way of how to handle them.
