I have many years of experience, both personally and professionally, working with adults, young people and children through my job as a counsellor and previously as a learning mentor. I offer phone, online and face-to-face person-centred counselling, hypnotherapy and coaching.

Many clients are nervous and anxious talking about themselves, many for the first time ever, I experience, that before long they can open up and express their worries, concerns or problems. I show patience, give my clients time and a place to explore their own thoughts and feelings.
